How often do you pick up?

Pickups are once a week.

What time will my garbage be picked up?

Due to traffic and various other factors we can not predict an exact time. We encourage garbage to be set out no later than 6a.m. the day of pick up or the night before.

Do you provide the garbage cans?

We do not provide the cans. When available we do have them for purchase. These cans are not rentals.

Can I use my own can?

You are welcome to use your own can.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit/debit cards, checks and PayPal. We also offer convenient auto drafts.

Is payment required prior to the start of pickups?

Yes, we do required payment at the start of services.

Do you pickup large items, sofas, freezers, dryers etc.?

We do pick up those items on non-pick up days by appointment. There is a separate fee for picking up those items.

Do you pick up yard waste?

Yard waste can be picked up if its bagged.

Do I need to break down cardboard boxes?

It is encouraged and greatly appreciated if boxes are broken down.

Do you pick up hazardous materials?

Unfortunately, we cannot pick up things like paint, batteries, tires or any hazardous chemicals.

What if my pickup day falls on a holiday?

Depending on the holiday we may still pick up on that day. We encourage you to call, check the website or our Facebook for up to date information on rather or not we will be picking up.
